Aquatint Fansite

Silk Aquatint or Silk Collagraph is a useful alternative to normal print making techniques. Silk Aquatint uses a non-acid technique of using a print plate. The image is achieved by using a whitened acrylic medium on a plastic backed black silk surface. The ink is placed on the print plate and prited to an etching press.
